We look at non-fiction texts and AO1, selecting key information and make interpretations, as well as using our own words and from a non-fiction story about a man rescuing an injured pigeon. Power and Conflict 2025 revision for English Literature Paper 2 revision lesson on language and how the writer and speaker convey their ideas within two anthology poems (The Emigree and Remains) via devices/techniques. We explore both poems and the language used in each to help us understand the key themes/messages of the poems and we explain how language helps readers to develop interpretations, helping students to prepare for the exam in the 2025 summer.
